The right to produce and collect income from a given good is done via contract. All contracts are managed by CHOAM, the economic development company of the Imperium. Contracts come in two forms. Common contracts award a fixed amount each accounting period that does not change. Sales contracts award half the amount of solari of a common contract but allows the controller to sell goods which may well earn them more than a common contract could make. Income for contracts is based upon the level of ascension the holder possesses. All contracts which do not explicitly state otherwise will pay more once a house ascends to a higher status. Place all applications for CHOAM contracts here and they will be processed in the order they were received.
Each entity may apply for 1 contract of any sort per Turn. 2 contracts for each world controlled.

Traditional Spice storage practices cannot adequately protect against post-harvest insect pests and Spice pathogens. As a result, a House may end up loosing a large quantity of their Spice. Spice is the most valuable substance in the universe, and a loss of reserves can be disastrous.
Asimovan Spice Storage Silos are a highly secure way of storing your excess Spice and they also protect against nakhatoxin (commonly known as Spice Rot or Melange Moss), Spice mites, and many other threats that are known to damage Spice.
Nakhatoxin is a particular danger to your Spice reserves. It can utterly destroy all the goodness in Spice, spreading rapidly once it has established itself. This dark and ugly lichen is the last thing you want to see when you open up your spare pots of Spice. Asimovan Spice Silos have an early warning system that detects the toxin and shifts out the damaged Spice, minimising losses.
